Our Research team (R&D) team consists of qualified and experienced scientists who have superior knowledge in their area of expertise. The need to have exceptional time management and organizational skills along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize has been the benchmark of the research team at MLSP.
- Our R&D team strives to make affordable, high quality products available for our clients across the globe. They understand the needs and expectations of our clients and are always striving to match or exceed the expectations of a client towards a project.
- Our research team is well supported by dedicated analytical team consisting of scientists, who are well versed in their domain of analytical method validation, pharmacopeia compliance, characterization of API’s, impurities and method transfer.
- Our analytical department is equipped with 3HPLC’s of WATERS make with PDA/LC detectors, Gas chromatograph with Headspace, Infrared Spectrophotometers, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Stability chambers, pH meters, melting point apparatus, KF Titrator and TDS/Conductivity meter.
- The analytical team gives insightful support and feedback to the research team. The analytical team has strong problem solving skills, are capable of basic troubleshooting of the analytical instruments and have the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
